Aizehi: I didn’t plan to stay in clinical research, but once I entered the field, I made it my mission to master it.
Today, I lead global studies as a senior clinical research project manager, while also driving change through United Clinical Trials Support Services (UCTSS), an organization I founded to support the conduct of ethical, inclusive, and globally recognized trials across Africa.
With over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve managed multi-country trials, worked with cross-functional global teams, and built clinical operations that center on data integrity, patient diversity, and protocol excellence.
Good science begins with good data, and excellent research must involve real people from real-world settings. That’s why I’m dedicated to inclusive protocol design, building capacity in underrepresented regions, and creating opportunities for African professionals to develop into global leaders.
My areas of strength include:
I’m currently leading priority studies across the US, EU, and UK, while mentoring local teams and building strategic alliances to make clinical research more ethical, inclusive, and future-ready.
I am always open to collaboration, advisory roles, or cross-continental partnerships and also happy to mentor project managers or researchers navigating leadership transitions.
